In this role, you will lead the architecture of scalable web applications, mentor junior developers, and work closely with product managers to deliver world-class software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Lead the architecture and implementation of complex features with a focus on performance and security.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor team members on best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Product, QA) to define requirements and drive product success.
- Maintain and optimize existing applications to ensure 99.9% uptime and high load capacity.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development and engineering.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
