Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using AWS/GCP infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 24/7 deployment automation
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Conduct rigorous testing and troubleshooting for production systems

Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development (Java/Python/Node.js)
- Expertise with container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture
- Proven track record of delivering high-traffic web applications
- Proficiency in monitoring tools (Prometheus/Grafana)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
