Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting to source, screen, and hire qualified candidates for engineering and IT roles.
- Optimize job descriptions and postings for maximum visibility using advanced SEO strategies and keywords.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate data entry and pipeline flow.
- Conduct market research to identify talent pools and industry trends in the Los Angeles area.
- Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers to speed up the hiring process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align recruitment strategies with broader business goals.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven experience with SEO techniques, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
