Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python, or Go).
- System Optimization: Analyze system performance bottlenecks and implement efficient algorithms to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct rigorous code reviews to enforce best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and interns, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security measures and ensure adherence to industry standards and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and a major backend framework (e.g., Django, Spring Boot, Express.js).
- Database: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and think critically under pressure.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
