Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of cloud-native microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Architect scalable solutions on AWS with CI/CD automation
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize system performance and implement security best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Stay current with emerging technologies (AI/ML, Kubernetes, Serverless)
- Drive DevOps initiatives using Docker, Terraform, and Jenkins
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expert proficiency in Java, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong AWS/Azure cloud architecture experience
- Proven track record with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure, Kubernetes) preferred
