Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable web applications using modern frameworks like React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and engineering) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and high availability.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on frontend and backend.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database design (PostgreSQL/MongoDB), and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
