Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications using Java and Spring Boot
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliverables
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and optimize system performance for high-traffic platforms
- Contribute to architecture decisions and technical debt reduction initiatives
- Drive innovation through prototyping and experimentation with emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software development with Java, Spring, and microservices
- Proven expertise in AWS/GCP cloud platforms and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in complex system debugging
