Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable cloud-native applications using microservices architecture
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Optimize system performance to handle 10M+ daily transactions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis for production systems
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical publications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development (Python/Java preferred)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) with 3+ years production experience
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and data modeling
- Proven track record of leading successful agile projects
- Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Experience with event-driven architecture and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ production-level applications
