Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure adherence to software architecture and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical growth.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance in real-time.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably with a focus on web technologies.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
