Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while conducting thorough code reviews.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.
- Agile Leadership: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and agile ceremonies to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java, along with experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Tools: Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
