Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Lead code reviews and ensure best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define features and technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
- Identify technical risks and propose innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Go, with experience in front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
