Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern technologies.
- Lead weekend sprint planning, execution, and code reviews to ensure delivery timelines are met.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and QA Engineers to define feature requirements.
- Debug complex issues and optimize application performance during high-traffic periods.
- Mentor junior developers and enforce best coding standards across the team.
- Deploy updates and manage CI/CD pipelines efficiently.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development (JavaScript, React, or Node.js preferred).
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Proven track record of successfully working in a weekend shift environment or availability to do so.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
