We are looking for a visionary Senior Strategic Innovation Architect to lead our organization's long-term technology vision and prepare us for the technological paradigm shift of 2026. You will be responsible for architecting the roadmap that bridges current capabilities with the demands of the future, ensuring we remain at the forefront of industry innovation.
In this role, you will collaborate with C-suite executives, engineering leads, and product teams to identify emerging technologies and define the strategic initiatives required to capture market leadership by 2026.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation of a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with business goals and anticipates the technological landscape of 2026.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) to determine their viability for integration.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategic initiatives and timelines for cross-functional teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex strategic plans to executive stakeholders, securing buy-in for high-impact innovation projects.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead internal incubation projects designed to test and validate concepts for the 2026 product suite.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor global tech trends to identify gaps in our market positioning and propose solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology architecture.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies and leading teams toward execution.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud architecture, AI/ML integration, and next-gen hardware interfaces.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
