- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Readiness) to prepare for the 2026 landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and backend development.
- Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with a strong focus on AI/ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale cloud migrations (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards (SOC2, HIPAA).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
