Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product vision and release cycles.
- Design high-performance, scalable, and secure distributed systems architecture.
- Lead code reviews, architecture design sessions, and technical decision-making processes.
- Mentor and coach engineering teams to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
- Proven expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep knowledge of modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript).
- Strong background in AI/ML infrastructure and large-scale data processing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
