Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 Initiative core infrastructure, ensuring scalability and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and product managers to translate complex requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of software engineering excellence.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle.
- Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies and integrating them into our existing ecosystem.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or lead architect role.
- Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and database management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
