Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure system architectures.
- Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
- Conduct code reviews and technical architecture discussions to ensure best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers.
- Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and process improvements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and managing projects.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
