Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Own the delivery roadmap for the Fan Engagement Suite, ensuring all technical milestones align with the 2026 launch schedule.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, executive leadership, and external vendors to manage expectations and communicate complex technical status.
- Risk Management: Identify potential bottlenecks in integration points between stadium Wi-Fi and mobile data networks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Agile Execution: Lead agile ceremonies (Sprints, Planning, Retro) for distributed teams, ensuring velocity and code quality standards are met.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between UX/UI designers and backend engineers to ensure the fan journey is intuitive and robust.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Product Management within the software or telecommunications industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or similar professional certification is required.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and large-scale data integration.
- Event Knowledge: Experience managing technical operations for large-scale events or infrastructure projects is a significant plus.
