Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Conduct regular sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to maintain team momentum and continuous improvement.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and blockers to all relevant stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently to maximize project ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically within the software or technology industry.
- Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum teams and delivering software products.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Asana.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
