Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates for specialized technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Conducting in-depth technical interviews to assess coding skills, system design, and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of passive candidates through networking and social media.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools efficiently.
- Providing regular feedback to stakeholders and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles (SDE, SDET, Architect).
- Proven track record of successfully closing hard-to-fill positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
