Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and social recruiting, to identify top-tier candidates for technical roles.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying needs to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent within the Texas and California tech markets.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure cultural fit.
- Conduct compelling phone screens and coordinate technical interviews for senior engineering roles.
- Track key metrics, including time-to-fill and quality-of-hire, to optimize recruitment strategies.
- Partner with the marketing team to enhance our employer branding presence on local job boards.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the Software Engineering or IT sector.
- Proven expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse).
- Strong understanding of full-stack technologies (JavaScript, Python, Java, .NET) to effectively communicate with technical candidates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse talent pools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
