Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for Software Engineering, Data Science, and Product roles.
- Build and nurture a robust talent pipeline for upcoming 2026 initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to define technical requirements and hiring strategies.
- Utilize Boolean search and social selling to source passive candidates on LinkedIn and niche tech communities.
- Manage the end-to-end interview process, ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
- Analyze hiring metrics to continuously improve recruitment efficiency and quality of hire.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within the AI, SaaS, or enterprise software sectors.
- Proven track record of closing hard-to-fill engineering roles.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and technical stacks (React, Python, Kubernetes, etc.).
- Strong network of contacts within the SF Bay Area tech ecosystem.
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
