Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean searches) to identify passive talent.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and culture fit.
- Manage candidate relationships effectively through clear and timely communication.
- Provide market insights and recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, QA).
- Proven ability to source and screen candidates using advanced search techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
