Responsibilities
- Execute Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process for technical roles, from defining job requirements to extending offers.
- Advanced Sourcing: Utilize Boolean search strategies, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub to build a robust pipeline of passive candidates.
- Candidate Management: Conduct thorough screenings, coordinate interview schedules, and provide a world-class candidate experience.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering Managers and C-Suite executives to understand hiring needs and market trends.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to advise clients effectively.
- Offer Negotiation: Negotiate competitive compensation packages and close top-tier talent in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting, Staffing, or Human Resources.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and technical roles (Software Engineer, DevOps, QA, etc.).
- Sourcing Skills: Proven track record of utilizing advanced sourcing techniques and ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while maintaining high productivity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
