Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Sourcing Strategy: Execute proactive sourcing strategies using Boolean search, social recruiting, and professional networks to identify passive candidates for specialized technical roles.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from defining job requirements and screening resumes to conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and closing candidates.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand technical needs, build talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless interview process.
- Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador for Apex Digital Solutions, representing our culture and values to attract top-tier talent.
- Process Improvement: Continuously optimize recruitment processes and tools (ATS) to improve efficiency and candidate experience metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a high-growth tech environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and technical stacks (e.g., React, Python, AWS, Kubernetes).
- ATS Proficiency: Advanced experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and sourcing tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive: Proven track record of meeting aggressive hiring targets and closing hard-to-fill roles.
