- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from screening and interviewing to extending offers and onboarding candidates.
- Client Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand complex technical requirements and build talent pipelines that align with business goals.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver a world-class candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and relationship building.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting or IT staffing.
