As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our client's engineering and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT Infrastructure.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, social networking, and direct outreach, to identify passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through networking and industry events.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Screen resumes and conduct technical phone screens to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from application to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting.
- Proven expertise in sourcing hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and technical job descriptions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a candidate-centric approach.
