Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex system errors to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all technical issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve system performance and security.
- Conduct training sessions for junior staff on new technologies.
- Respond to help desk tickets and phone inquiries in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
