Responsibilities
- Resolve Complex Issues: Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware and software problems for our enterprise clients with minimal downtime.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, providing clear and empathetic communication to internal stakeholders and clients.
- System Administration: Manage and maintain internal ticketing systems (Zendesk/Jira) and ensure accurate documentation of all support tickets.
- Process Improvement: Identify recurring technical issues and collaborate with the engineering team to implement long-term solutions and documentation.
- Training: Mentor junior support staff and conduct regular technical training sessions for the wider team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in technical support, help desk, or IT operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows/Linux environments, Active Directory, and knowledge of SQL or basic scripting (PowerShell/Bash).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Availability: Ability to work in-office in Denver, CO, with a flexible schedule as needed.
