Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to improve system stability.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical support or a related IT field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile operating systems.
