Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and resolve recurring system bugs.
- Conduct remote training sessions for clients to improve self-service capabilities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and emerging technology trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technical Support or Help Desk roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot diverse technical environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- Experience with remote desktop software (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn) and ticketing systems.
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
