Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for enterprise clients
- Conduct user research and usability testing in Portland metro area
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design workshops
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers
- Analyze user data to inform design decisions
- Develop design systems and maintain brand consistency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience
- Portfolio showcasing complex B2B SaaS projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of design systems and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies
- Ability to present design concepts to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
- Local Portland candidates preferred
