Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for mobile and web applications
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Develop and maintain design systems for consistent brand experience
- Analyze user feedback and metrics to iterate on product improvements
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies and data-driven design
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Experience with responsive design and cross-platform consistency
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience preferred
