Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect designs in Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across 15+ product features
- Conduct stakeholder presentations to justify design decisions and gather actionable feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities and drive design iterations
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and portfolio reviews
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging design methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with B2B SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and user-centered design
- Experience conducting user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Ability to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iterations
