Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using various methods (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking, and job boards).
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from requisition to offer and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of technical talent for key roles.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and market trends.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Strong knowledge of the US IT market and technical skill sets (Java, Python, AWS, etc.).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Greenhouse).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel for client meetings.
