Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design processes for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across products
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Stay current with emerging design trends and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
