Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research to final implementation
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces
- Conduct user testing sessions and iterate based on feedback
- Develop design systems and ensure brand consistency across products
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize conversion funnels
- Mentor junior designers and promote design excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive designs
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript for prototyping
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale
