- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify key technological shifts, ensuring our infrastructure scales to meet future demands.
- AI & Automation Integration: Oversee the integration of Generative AI and autonomous systems into core business workflows to drive efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into clear, compelling narratives for the C-suite and board of directors.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Conduct rigorous research and prototyping of emerging tech stacks to determine viability and ROI.
- Change Management: Spearhead organizational change initiatives to foster a culture of innovation and adaptability.
- Partnership Building: Collaborate with external tech partners, academia, and industry thought leaders to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ Years of Experience: Extensive background in strategic technology management, preferably within high-growth tech companies.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and implementing long-term strategic initiatives.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of cloud architecture, data science, and next-gen AI models (LLMs, NLP).
- Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage high-stakes projects.
- Problem Solving: Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex architectural challenges with a forward-thinking mindset.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
