Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 AI ecosystem, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Define technical standards and best practices for scalable, high-performance software solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product leaders to translate long-term business goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Conduct research into emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Edge Computing.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure rigorous data privacy, security compliance, and ethical AI governance in all architectural decisions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, and technical leadership.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and distributed systems (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
