Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmap for core technology initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to align product development with long-term business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify emerging opportunities.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Blockchain) into our 2026 vision.
- Present high-level strategic plans to the C-Suite and board of directors.
- Drive organizational change management to support the transition to the 2026 operational model.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology leadership, or executive management.
- Proven experience defining and managing multi-year roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategic directives.
- Experience in the technology sector, preferably with a focus on scalable systems and innovation.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex strategies to diverse audiences.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
