Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Lead research and development initiatives in emerging fields such as Generative AI, Quantum Algorithms, and Neural Interfaces.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, and Executive leadership to prioritize high-impact innovations.
- Establish technical governance frameworks to ensure scalability and security for future infrastructure.
- Identify and assess disruptive technologies that could revolutionize our industry by 2026.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of innovation and forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership or director-level capacity.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML, Quantum Computing, Web3) and their application in enterprise settings.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and delivering on complex roadmaps.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-pressure, innovative environments.
