Responsibilities
- Strategic Horizon Scanning: Conduct in-depth research to identify macro-economic trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies that will impact the industry by 2026.
- Roadmap Development: Create and maintain the company's 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning long-term goals with quarterly operational targets.
- Innovation Management: Lead the evaluation and integration of innovative solutions, assessing feasibility, ROI, and risk.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-Suite executives and department heads to translate high-level strategic visions into departmental action plans.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market shifts to ensure the company remains ahead of the curve.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Economics, or a related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or management consulting.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of identifying trends and developing long-term strategic plans (3+ years horizon).
