Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for product development and market positioning
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to cultivate future-oriented mindsets across departments
- Produce high-impact trend reports and visualizations for stakeholder engagement
- Identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and sustainable infrastructure
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners)
