Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ horizon
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, bioengineering) and market disruptions
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders
- Develop predictive models for industry transformation
- Design innovation pipelines for next-gen products/services
- Present strategic narratives to boards and investors
- Coordinate global cross-functional teams for strategic alignment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or futurist roles
- Expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Proven track record in tech-driven transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socio-economic megatrends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
