Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term technology foresight frameworks for 2026-2030 horizon
- Analyze quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate-tech disruption vectors
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders and external futurists
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for board-level decision support
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and emerging tech incubators
- Mentor internal innovation teams in speculative design and trend analysis
- Represent company at Davos, Web Summit, and specialized futures conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Published research on AI ethics or climate technology adaptation
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Proficiency in trend analysis platforms (Gartner, WEF Tech Pioneers)
- Track record of influencing enterprise strategy through future-focused insights
- Strong network within global futurist and innovation communities
