Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to build 2026 strategic roadmaps
- Develop scenario-based futures models and risk mitigation frameworks for long-term planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Curate 'Future Horizons' thought leadership content and industry reports
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future planning
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong background in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or future trends
- Experience leading high-impact innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
