Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and evaluate disruptive technologies, market shifts, and socio-economic factors
- Produce executive-ready reports and visualizations translating complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Establish quantitative and qualitative KPIs to track progress toward 2026 milestones and long-term vision objectives
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of external futurists, academic institutions, and industry think tanks
- Champion innovation culture by integrating future insights into product development, marketing, and operational planning
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and senior leadership with compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Future Studies, Business Analytics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist roles with demonstrable impact
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience leading high-stakes strategic initiatives in Fortune 500 or tech scale-up environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications (optional but preferred)
