Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) and translate insights into strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market positioning
- Develop predictive scenario models using quantitative data and qualitative foresight methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready innovation priorities
- Produce executive-ready trend briefings and horizon-scanning reports for board-level decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish competitive intelligence frameworks to identify disruptors and opportunities
- Drive organizational culture of proactive adaptation through thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 7+ years of applied foresight experience
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into executable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Strong quantitative analysis skills with proficiency in trend-forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience in high-growth tech, sustainability, or healthcare sectors preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACIF or other recognized institution) highly desirable
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives required
