Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in ideating, prototyping, and launching breakthrough products/services
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and disruptive trends
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis and risk mitigation frameworks
- Champion design thinking methodologies across the organization to accelerate solution development
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Present innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management, strategy consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products or services
- Expertise in futures thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology (MBA/PhD preferred)
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Blue Ocean Strategy)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Experience managing distributed teams across global markets
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
