Responsibilities
- Lead the definition and execution of the 2026 Technology Strategy, aligning technical roadmaps with long-term business goals.
- Oversee the research and development of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) to ensure a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex business objectives into actionable technical architectures.
- Manage a team of senior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term technology investments and scalability.
- Establish best practices for system design, security, and performance optimization for the upcoming years.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and strategic technology planning.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformations in a high-growth environment.
- Expert knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and enterprise-grade scalability.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics integration.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
